Our policies

By booking an appointment with Loulou’s Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies set out below. If you have any questions before booking, please get in touch and I’ll happily walk you through anything that isn’t clear.

1. Deposit required

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure a booking. Booking fees vary by treatment. This booking fee will be taken off your appointment total.

2. Cancellation notice

Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be on the waiting list.

3. Late cancellation fee

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will lose their booking fee paid upon booking. This fee is intended to compensate for the time reserved for your appointment that could have been allocated to another client.

4. No-show policy

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, their booking fee will be kept. To rebook an appointment, it must be paid in full. Clients with multiple no-shows will be removed from the books.

5. Running late

If a client is running late, I must be notified. Any more than 15 minutes late and the appointment may be cancelled and the client’s booking fee kept.

6. Patch test

Please let me know if you have had any reactions to previous treatments. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before certain treatments. These can be done by appointment only and will be accompanied by your consultation. Failure to complete a patch test will mean the treatment cannot be carried out.

7. Under 16s

Any client under the age of 16 must have an adult present for the entire appointment and sign a consent form.
